I am so happy I went to LensCrafters today at the Ridgedale Mall. My favorite pair of sunglasses got the frame bent and I thought they couldn’t be fixed, but Dustin has lots of experience with this and fixed them! He also helped to create a better fit for another pair of sunglasses, which were too tight. I now have two pair of sunglasses that fit and they did this at no charge!! Thank you! I will refer my family and friends here.

Tim was so unbelievably patient, kind, and personable. I have social anxiety and had put off getting my glasses fixed for months. He figured out how to get a new screw that would fit my frames by finding the same frame in a smaller size and using the one from those. He was so sympathetic to me when I told him I’ve been struggling to work without my glasses. He is a GEM. Never going anywhere else

Great experience. The whole staff team was spectacular at all points of service. Very friendly and helpful answering all of my questions and I really enjoyed Angela. She helped me pick my pair of glasses and she was great. The doctor went through all of the images of my eyes and explained that they’re healthy. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, they have an insurance plan on your glasses to get them fixed or replaced if needed so I didn’t feel the need to buy 2 pairs. I’m very happy I chose this LensCrafters. Thank you to Dr Watson and the whole team

Lenscrafters has lost a customer! I went today at 10:30 am to check the adjustment on my eyeglasses. I waited at the Front Desk for 15 minutes, and was never acknowledged. There was one employee helping another customer nearby. He never greeted me. I am guessing that he was the only employee in the store. So I left the store, and still have a problem! I've observed this understaffing at this location before, but never this pronounced.

Best customer service!! I come in periodically to have my glasses fixed/adjusted and they are polite, prompt, and do an excellent job. There is an individual with curly brown hair who is ever so kind and helpful!
