I had a wonderful experience at LensCrafters. Laila (hopefully it is spelled correctly) went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of—she was friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. It’s rare to find such genuine customer care these days when there's order difficulty-- I truly appreciate her professionalism and kindness. The young lady who assisted me today at LensCrafters in Roseville was excellent. She was efficient, professional, friendly and very helpful in helping me choose frames that suited me and my personality. Her customer service skills impressed me greatly. She deserves a perfect 10 rating.

Khamari customer service was excellent Khamari deserve raise 💸💰. Working with Khamari was great experience. I will let family & friends know about the great experience I had Working with Khamari. Khamari should train new employees on how customer service should be done. Great attention to detail, Make sure Khamari knows that she is appreciated by customers. I just wanted to say what an incredible job Aleaha (hope I spelled her name correctly) did helping me pick out new frames and lenses. She has a great sense of style, listened to my preferences carefully, found frames that I really liked, and she was fun to talk with and very knowledgeable. I will be recommending fittings with her to anyone I know who needs glasses. This is the best experience I've ever had buying glasses!

Ahleah-Lyn was amazing! I went to 4 other eyeglass stores before this and didn’t find anything I liked. She helped me find the perfect pair of glasses and sunglasses. Kelly and Michelle were helpful too and gave me insight on their personal experience with transitions lenses. Highly recommend!
