When you think you're the coolest person in the room and then jared walks in. Lol. l've never been to this store before. My friend Trish needed to pick up her glasses. You only get glasses maybe once a year, yet we were greeted like friends and helped immediately. Multiple employees took an interest in our experience and it felt important to them.

I brought in my broken glasses that I didn’t even buy at their store but they spent nearly a half hour of their time to fix them! Very professional, courteous and generous with their time. I cannot thank them enough! Great store and employees!!!

Awesome service! Friendly staffs! I needed help to swap out my new lenses and they were very fast and professional on handling the request. Will be back for more business in the near future for sure.

The store manager was wonderful, very personable. He listened to my wants and needs and delivered exactly that. The man who did the initial examination was polite and thorough. The eye doctor was knowledgeable and so comforting. Truly 10/10 experience.

Drew at Lens Crafter in Northtown Mall is the best customer service person I have come across in many years. He was extremely helpful, went above and beyond, in making sure that my eyeglasses met my needs. I have worn eyeglasses for 70 years and I have never had anybody provide such detailed and exceptional service. Thank you Drew.
