My experience here was amazing! Dr. Craftt was thorough and I felt like I was getting a full and comprehensive eye exam. The standard of her care has raised the bar for any future eye exams I have at any other business. Leanna (front desk rep) was absolutely fabulous from start to finish! She explained each step and made sure I was comfortable throughout it all. And she is hilarious! My experience with her as soon as I walked through the door (and called on the phone to say I was running 10 mins late!) helped me to know that I had made the right choice to come to this location. And Lastly, Kathy was so fun to pick out glasses with! She was sensible in helping me to choose options that best fit my needs. It honestly felt like shopping with a friend that kept it real with you and had your best interest at hand. She made sure my glasses fit and were exactly what I wanted before leaving the store. Overall excellent experience!

I was passing by and decided to go in to get help with my glasses that wasn’t sitting evenly on my face. Jen helped me immediately and was very sweet. Now my glasses fit perfectly ! The other staff was also welcoming and thanked me for coming in. I highly recommend !!

Appointment was going fine until the manager on duty sat down with us, she kept trying upsell me new frames and skinnier lenses for my daughter. I told her no FOUR TIMES!!! I finally gave her the older frame we had, with coke bottle lenses that another vision center had done the previous year. I got a call last night, the day BEFORE her glasses were supposed to arrive, and was told their lab is unable to make the lenses unless I get NEW frames and skinnier lenses. Oh really, you mean the two things i said NO to FOUR TIMES that would cost me an extra $300 is now why you can't make her lenses!!! Why is your lab my not able to make lenses like the other lab? They didn't have a problem before. Also it's not a coincidence that you're now telling me I have to pay for the upsell things in order to get my glasses. What a DISGUSTING way to do business. I don't want some automated response either. DO NOT go to this location.

Karla was amazing! Very attentive as soon as I walked in and was able to quickly help me place my glasses order with my new prescription. Very pleased!

Karla was who helped me. She was awesome and so funny. I really liked her hair. But really, I almost didn’t buy anything until she sold me on contacts and got me a really good deal for them. She really knew her stuff!
