If you order, Do not ship to this store! I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from this Lens Crafters location. UPS tracking showed that my glasses were delivered to the store on a specific date and time, marked as “handed to receiver,” and even listed the employee’s name. Again, not marked as lost or not delivered, but HANDED to Receiver! Despite that clear delivery confirmation, the store could not locate my package. What made the situation worse was the manager’s response. Rather than showing concern, taking ownership, or explaining what steps would be taken to investigate, the manager came across as passive, dismissive, and eager to end the call. I was understandably frustrated that an expensive item had been confirmed as delivered to the store and was now missing. A manager should understand the seriousness of a customer’s prescription glasses being unaccounted for. A little empathy, professionalism, and willingness to investigate would have gone a long way. Instead, I was left feeling that my concern was an inconvenience rather than a legitimate problem. The glasses were offered to be replaced after I had to do the leg work to find the appropriate avenues to voice my concerns other than the dismissive manager (or so they claimed to be) but the lack of urgency and customer care is what made this experience unacceptable and I'll just take my business some where else. Complaint sent to store, awaiting reply, FYI, you can not file a claim with UPS because you are not the receiver of the item, you have to wait on the store to file the complaint with UPS.
