We've been using this location for 14 years for glasses for our family of four. Same quality as anywhere else for about 30% less, and you have your glasses in 5-10 days. We've never had an issue with adjustments and minor repairs (nose pieces) as a walk-in and have had lenses and entire glasses replaced for right up to the last day of the 1-year protection plan. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

I brought the prescription and chose glasses. 1. I have used multifocals for years. 2. The lady measured where my pupils were, made me take off the glasses, and put again. Several times. Each time she became annoyed because I did not put them in the "same" place. Never, at any place, I had to do this; one time and that is it. 3. I paid and received the glasses. Short and long distance, ok; middle range, impossible. On top of that, that blue line under right lines, I am assuming the anti reflex coat is wrong. 4. After many months, I received a huge amount of money back, saying it was charged more. Therefore they did not know how to read the insurance. Extremely bad experience. 5 I am still using my old glasses.
The General Manager was the most caring and compassionate person I’ve ever encountered at any Walmart. My son (who is 5) just got prescribed glasses less than a year ago, broke his glasses. Glasses that we had to wait months to be prepared and shipped to us. His previous eye doctor said they could not be repaired we would have to buy a whole new pair. We were already at Walmart and I thought we would try Walmart and see what they could do for us. The general manager heard our story and tried her best to fix my sons glasses. She did not have a way to fix his but she took parts off of other glasses and fixed his glasses for us on the spot free of charge ! I cannot express the gratitude I have considering we had to wait months for his glasses to be made so we did not want to have to wait that long again. We will be returning! My son is so happy about his glasses !
Great group of professionals with a witty staff to make sure you feel at home. Paul, Beth, Ally and Kelvin are patient and do not rush any processes. I was so pleased with the timely fashion in which my daughter’s glasses were ready and cannot rave more about the quality of the frames and lenses at affordable prices. Thanks guys! You all rock and we will be back!
Wonderful experience! Kelvin was very knowledgeable, helpful, and gave fabulous advice when helping us choose frames and lens. He really took his time and exceeded our expectations. Paul helped us get the best price with our insurance. I would recommend this business to anyone. Thanks!
