My brother is visiting from out of town and he told me that his glasses were broken. He has a very high prescription and has very nice frames so he wanted to get them fixed, if possible. I said “I know a place!” And brought him to LensCrafters where we were approached by Gia. She looked at the glasses and she said “give me some time with them”. Within 25 minutes, Gia brought the glasses back - FIXED! My brother was amazed and I knew that LensCrafters was the best place to go. Shoutout to Gia for her help, great attitude, and wonderful customer service. You can tell she loves what she does.

My name should actually post as Mary Grayson- Honaker. I had the best experience at this particular LensCrafters at Oakview Mall. Nathan assisted me in getting my new glasses. I’ve never had anyone take the time to actually fit me with a pair of glasses as correctly as he did which is very much appreciated. I have a smaller face, and the bridge of my nose is harder to fit. He made sure that the glasses fit correctly, as well as the width of the glasses on my face on my face looking symmetrical. I am so very pleased with the way they look. I am also thrilled to get my progressive lenses back. I had tried to just go to regular bifocals and I absolutely hated it. So overall, my experience has been just wonderful.

Josh did an absolutely incredible job helping me pick out some new glasses. I don't know styles and tend to have trouble picking frames. He really saved me and helped throughout the whole process. Going to definitely go out of my way to come back to see him next time.

Great experience! Teddy was great at explaining everything and worked to get me the best deal possible with or without insurance. Glasses came in four days after I was in the store! Highly recommend - thank you!
