Chase was fantastic! We purchased glasses for our almost 2 year old and were very satisfied with the service received. Staff were friendly, explained out of pocket cost vs coverage with future benefits well, and we received quick service and have a plan for purchasing future glasses when we have vision insurance later this year. They had several bendable options for toddlers and we were able to quickly make a decision. Will definitely come back again!

I have been going to this specific Shopko optical (Store 4056) for over 30 years. Cindy has always been there and has always made me feel like I was the only one in the store needing assistance. She always has a smile on her face and doesn’t seem to have a bad day. I recommend this optical center to everyone I know. Thank you for great customer service!
