Great place as always. Great place as always. That always give a good due for me. I like this location. The atmosphere is inviting, and the staff is friendly. Each visit feels like a special occasion, and I appreciate the consistency in service. The menu offers a variety of options that cater to different tastes, making it easy to find something delightful every time. I often find myself recommending it to friends and family, knowing they’ll have a great experience just like I do. Best place to shop in omaha

This review only is for the Tire Center! So 6 days ago I had a blowout on the interstate. The tire was bald with wires coming out of it. And was purchased with the other front tire 9 mo ago. So a few days later I was able to get into Sam’s and they put a new tire on and all I had to pay was installation of like $22. When they replaced that tire I said make sure the other one is ok and they assured me they did and I was good to go. The next day a stranger came up to me and said you better get a new tire it looks like it’s gonna blowout. Referring to the other tire I was just told was fine. So I had to take another day off and go back in. The tire manager was there when I arrived and was helpful assuring me I would be taken care of. But he was leaving. And everything went down hill from there. After waiting almost 5 hours I’m told they no longer have my tire and they cannot order that tire anymore nor can they put a different tire on my car. I asked why. I was told they don’t know but my tires were made in 2033 and prolly defective. Which I believe. The tires are horrible. But I said I am still under warranty so what can you do for me. It seems no one knows anything there but I was told why don’t you just go to a mom and pop shop for your tires. We went back and forth and got no where. I asked to speak to a manager and still no resolution. Then was told to go to the Omaha store and maybe they can order me one. I said but you just said they are defective. I was so frustrated I ended up leaving with my donut on my car. So my mother calls out there. She was treated so bad. The guy on the phone said listen lady I gotta sit here and listen to people like you all day and I’m sick of it and hung up on her. So she got in her car and went out there. It all escalated from there and the guy walked off. So I still have no tire. I’ll never go back there again and will tell everyone I know how we were treated and there is no policy in place to not only train employees but the lack of customer service is embarrassing. We spend ALOT of money there and I’m sure Costco would love the extra business as they go out of their way to please the customers. And if I get in an accident because of this I will file a law suit. They lied right to my face saying my tire was fine and what is the customer suppose to do if the tire is recalled. It’s crazy. And no one can ever reach anyone there there has to be a better way. So thanks for ruining my day and I’ll never shop at Sam’s Club again.

I have been a Sam’s Club member for over six years, and today I had a deeply disappointing experience with the store manager, Angie. It is heartbreaking to see what felt like discriminatory treatment happening in our own community. As paying members, we should be treated with dignity and respect. No one should feel judged or viewed with suspicion simply because of how they look while trying to make a purchase. I have always enjoyed shopping at Sam’s Club, which makes this experience even more upsetting. I hope the company takes concerns like this seriously and works to ensure that all customers are treated fairly and respectfully.

Customer service does not exist. Everything is a robot. I had a pick up order scheduled for 3pm. Received a text at 2:55pm as I am en route to the store that the order was "delayed". No estimated time, no cause, no communication. I tried to figure out how to contact someone 30 minutes of waiting no order, no communication. I tried chat on the app it got me nowhere. I DO NOT recommend sams club. Take your business elsewhere!
