Glen was simply amazing! Fixed six pairs of glasses for us, and quickly too! He was great engaging with our two boys, asking my son how many birthdays he’s had so far, which made him giggle. Oh, and Kellie gave our boys some cool glasses! They really matched our kids energy. Thank you all for the great experience.

We went into LensCrafters to get my mom set up with new glasses and sunglasses, and from the second we walked in, the experience was top tier. There were no customers in the store, so there was plenty of help available, which made everything feel relaxed and unhurried. Lou, the lab manager, took care of us and could not have been more accommodating. He made sure we found every discount possible (which we very much appreciated), and he struck the perfect balance of being humorous and informative without ever feeling salesy. The funny part is, we didn’t even go in looking for sound-amplifying glasses. We just asked a few questions out of curiosity, and Lou was so passionate about how well they work that he gave us a full demo. Next thing you know… we’re buying them for my mom. Safe to say, I’m now looking forward to gossiping with her at full volume now that she can actually hear what I’m saying. Overall, such a positive, easy experience, great service, great energy, and Lou made the whole visit memorable. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend the Moorestown Mall LensCrafters location! Lou provided excellent customer service. He was extremely helpful in getting my son the frames he liked. He needed a special lens, and Lou found a frame that was almost exactly like what he currently had, which is what he wanted.

OMG! So on the first onset of me walking in the store I was greeted by this warm personable personality named Kellie Lex. She is definitely by far the sweetest person of come across in a longtime. I felt like as soon as soon as we sat down we immediately clicked we laughed and talked, as she was very helpful in my process of picking out my eye glasses 👓. All I can say is Kellie thank you for being as kind and as sweet as you are. I would definitely refer Kellie Lex. Kellie is a GREAT!!!! asset to LENS CRAFTERS!!
