Salish, the Store Manager, provided such a wonderful experience when I came in to have my sunglasses adjusted and fitted specifically to my face. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable, and made sure I was informed throughout the entire process. I was seated right away, everything was handled quickly and professionally, and there was no charge for the service. I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. Excellent customer service from start to finish! Highly recommend! Also; they have an excellent selection of a variety of glasses for all.

I went to this LensCrafters on Sunday morning with a broken nose pad on my eyeglasses. I was slightly panicked as I was leaving on vacation in a few days and needed my glasses! The women that greeted me were super friendly and fixed the nose pads free of charge! I really appreciate the excellent customer service and will be a repeat customer.

Harold S. provided exceptional service! He expertly repaired and adjusted my Ray-Ban glasses, making them feel brand new. I was thoroughly impressed by his professionalism and attention to detail. The store itself is immaculate, and the staff is incredibly friendly. This is without a doubt the best glasses store in the area. Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful experience at LensCrafters. One of my lenses came out of my glasses and Caitlyn was able to fix my issue immediately and at no cost. For that experience alone I will be coming back here when it’s time for a new pair!
