⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at LensCrafters, and a big part of that was thanks to Frank. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed, and he genuinely wanted to make sure I found the perfect combination of lenses and frames. Frank walked me through the different lens options, explained the benefits of each, and helped me choose what best fit my needs and budget. He also gave honest feedback while I was trying on frames, making the entire process easy and enjoyable. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. If you’re visiting LensCrafters, I highly recommend asking for Frank. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I left happy with my purchase. Thank you again for such a great experience!
