A huge thank you to Sue at the Sagemore, Marlton location! I recently stopped by to purchase the new Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses, and I was blown away by the experience. I’ve bought glasses at plenty of other stores before, and usually, I’m just handed one standard option without much discussion. Sue completely changed that for me! She took the time to explain every detail regarding lens qualities, different brands, and the specific benefits of each. I honestly had no idea I had so many choices until she walked me through them. She was incredibly patient, explaining things multiple times until I felt confident in what I was picking. If you want someone who actually cares about getting you the best result, go see Sue. Thank you for such a great buying experience!

Excellent care today at LensCrafters in Marlton! The doctor and staff could not have been more kind, professional, and helpful. They took the time to help me find the best pricing for my glasses, which I truly appreciated since I need two separate pairs—one for reading/computer work and one for distance vision, each with multiple lens options. Very disappointing experience. I'm new in town and tried to find a place with good reviews that also took my insurance. This place required two separate appointments for minor evaluations. Each appointment took less than 10mn each, yet they still required two separate appointments which allowed them to bill my insurance, and required me to do a copay, two times. The people doing the evaluations were fine, but flew through them. The front desk staff offered poor service and treated me like an idiot. I don't recommend this place for new customers.

So happy with my experience at this store! Despite there being many other customers, virtually every staff member acknowledged me and as soon as I was ready to make a decision, Rachel came right over. Her knowledge and her opinion as to what would look good was very valuable- I’m very happy with the selection I made. And - what was even better - I had had several pair of really expensive frames I was debating over. But the pair that Rachel thought would be best for me was literally hundreds of dollars less expensive! That kind of taking care of a customer is really, really rare — and so appreciated!!

Had to make an emergency apt for my daughter, the front staff was so helpful and efficient (even went to ask the doctor questions to give me specific answers). Dr. DeDeo was amazing! So thorough and helpful. 10/10 experience. Only downfall was not accepting our medical insurance (because it was emergency) but truly worth every penny!
