We had a fantastic experience at this LensCrafters, particularly because of the associate we worked with (the Assistant Store Manager, Rachel) - Rachel was wonderful to work with - incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. We will definitely keep our business with this LensCrafters going forward!
Very clean, welcoming and great customer service. Everything went very easy fast and very informative with all the new technology that they have. They had a big selection of frames which I liked. I was very pleased with my appointment.
I came in because my glasses were bent, and they fixed them for free in just a few minutes. The staff was kind, professional, and very helpful. I really appreciate their excellent customer service. I highly recommend this place!
I stopped in there a week ago hoping they could make my new lenses for my existing frames without me having to leave the frames. Sure enough, they were able to and it took less than a week for the lenses to arrive. I went back and in about twenty minutes my new lenses were cut to fit my frames. Easy process from start to finish.
I had a great experience at LensCrafters on McKinley. Cierra was super helpful and made the process very easy. She helped me find the right pair of glasses that fit my style and felt comfortable.
