In a day & age where customer service is almost non-existent, this place is a hidden gem. Been going there for years & cannot say enough good things about them. Extremely competent optometrist, great eyeglass selection plus above & beyond help with all that comes with the fitting, servicing, & insurance info that comes with the whole process. 5+ stars!
I have been going to South Park Optical since I first needed glasses, which has been a long time. They are professional, friendly, and know what they are doing. Being diabetic I have to have different exams to keep my eyes healthy and they always take the time to explain everything so I understand it. Never going anywhere else!
I have been going to Southpark Optical for years now. The front staff is always friendly and quick to have you check in. Very little wait time. I have to extensive exams and the doctor is very through, friendly, kind, compassionate and explains everything in detail. Jim is amazing and equally friendly and compassionate. He works with you to find the right glasses and contacts. I love they never pressure upsells and always make sure you are satisfied. I broke my glasses and they were able to repair them right on site which was huge bonus. Anytime I've needed an adjustment its been quick and easy. They are also very sanitary. I would highly recommend this business.
