I had such a great experience at LensCrafters! Cheyenne was absolutely wonderful—friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and so helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to help me find the right glasses and made everything feel easy and comfortable without ever making me feel rushed. The customer service was excellent, and I really appreciated how attentive and professional Cheyenne was. She made my experience at LensCrafters so much better. I would definitely recommend asking for her!

I didn't want to leave this review but when you know better you do better. I took my daughters glasses in to have the lenses placed into an identical pair of glasses because they were broken. I called the previous day to make sure that the lenses could be replaced without my daughter being without glasses for a day. I was told that it takes less than 5 minutes, no appointment needed. I was greeted by an assistant manager who was both rude and condescending. I explained to her our reason for being there and she said" I'm sorry we don't provide those services here and I'm not sure who you spoke with". I explained to her that we get our yearly eye exams completed at this location AND that these lenses were purchased and placed at this location. I then provided her with my telephone number and she magically changed her tune stating " we don't service people just off of the streets but it's different since the lenses were purchased here". She abruptly placed the lenses in the new frames, put them on the table and rudely said to my daughter "put them on". I had to remember that I am a Professional Registered Psychiatric Nurse and handled myself as such. She ordered my daughter new lenses because they are under warranty and said they would call me when the lenses are completed. I gave 3 stars because every other experience at this location has been phenomenal. But not today. I turned this visit into a teaching moment for my 17 year old. Some people are rude without reason. Conduct your business, maintain your integrity and kill them with kindness.

The renovations look fabulous! Cheyenne was super helpful in picking out glasses for my fiance. She picked up right away what kind of vibes we were going for and had great suggestions. She was also knowledgeable about the different specs between glasses which was refreshing. As a long time glasses wearer, you could tell she knew her stuff. Very appreciative of all the help she gave us!

The entire staff and doctor were friendly and helpful. Olivia and Cheyanne were patient and supportive with my 11 year old daughter who got contacts for the first time. Thank you both! Highly recommend!

Excellent experience. Brought in Costas with a cracked 580G lens and the replacement lenses from luxottica. They were able to swap out in less than 5 minutes with no charge. I have changed out a bunch of 580G lenses myself but I have also cracked brand new lenses while doing it. Highly recommend.
