Hi my name is Al. Got a pair sunglasses from sunglass hut, Parsol is the brand I like a few years ago. I pay $325 for them. I love the brand I have a few pairs of par. One of the lenses broke so I when back to the store and they told me I was out of warranty and that was fine. I ordered new lenses an it was $100 for the pair. The lenses came in but the people at the store didn’t feel comfortable putting them back in, so they told me to go the lenseCrafter bc they are professional in doing the job. I came in and one of the managers was so wonderful and helpful. She did it in 5 minutes… for now on I will definitely recommend them…

Lucy was great, showed tremendous intuition in selecting me my ideal sun glasses. I have been looking for these particular pair for a long time. Please give her the recognition Promotion or bonuses possible. Thank you for such a great shopping experience.

George kindly had fixed my glasses screw that fell out. I really am appreciative of them for helping us without any issues. On top of that they had done it out of their own hearts. The least I could do is thank them through this review :)

The store was clean and beautiful. MJ helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses. She was patient and very sweet. I will defiantly come back for future purchases

The staff at this location were great during frame selection process and purchase of glasses in May 2025! This past week, I called in need of a copy of my receipt and Shauntelle answered my call. She went above and beyond to furnish me with an electronic copy of my receipt which typically requires someone to pick up in person. She listened to my circumstance of inability to pick up in person and came up with an alternative solution on her own. I appreciate the attentiveness, customer service, and ability to get something done outside the normal. It's actions like this that has companies retain customers!
