Staff encounters make coming to this location worth it. Eric and Nicodemus have been nothing short of educated, friendly and professional through my purchasing process. The focus at this location seems to be making sure the client receives what they are looking for rather than just trying to sell the client the most expensive item. I will be a repeat customer simply due the stellar customer service.
Robert is the "go to" guy! I came in with glasses purchased on line, but the script got messed up in the build. The frames are one of my favorites and I had to get them exchanged. He was thorough and very open about pricing options. I made my selection, he measured with efficiency and I was in and out in about 15min! This location took great care to make this a positive experience!
If you want the BEST possible customer service and patience like no other, go see Robert Harding at this location in Polaris Mall, just down a few shops from Macy’s on the upper level! I had a tray full of possible frames I liked, and Robert kept checking on me, in a good way, not the annoying way where a salesman won’t leave you alone. Once I’d decided I was going to get 3 pairs, he really helped me find the best deal that fit my budget. I didn’t feel rushed at all. He is honest, and professional! Thank you, Robert! Justise was wonderful! This was the first time I was ordering progressive lenses and also a work pair. She helped me pick out the best and I picked them up today and are overwhelming satisfied! I had bi-focals before, but these progressives feels like before I needed the bifocals! The glasses are lovely and Justise was a sheer pleasure to do business with. She was fun and still very professional. She worked out my insurance so that it was the least amount out of pocket for me. I hope the next time I get my eye exam she's there to help me out again! I will definitely recommend!
