Excellent experience today. First time at this Lens Crafters. Fast, friendly check in for eye exam. Very cool technology and loves that no dilation was needed. Dr. Blankman was awesome, very thorough and explained everything to my daughter. Somer was fantastic helping my daughter pick out her glasses after and love the clear explanation of options and cost.
Melissa had helped me out! As soon as I got walked in she greeted me with a friendly smile and help me picked the glasses that I wanted! She was so nice! She also was a fashionista. She helped me from my mirrors my tint and everything. She took my meta glasses to a whole nother level. She made sure that I walked out of there satisfied and she made me feel like I had the picked the glasses that was made just for me. One of my happiest moments in my life. And I can’t wait to pick my glasses up! It was another young lady in there as well short and brown skinned. She was such a beauty and also helpful. She had a nice pair of brown Skylar meta glasses. They were big help! I will always continue to shop here. I felt at home!
What an amazing experience! From the moment I arrived until the end of my visit, everyone was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and attentive. The level of care and customer service was exceptional. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Great experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the doctor was thorough and explained everything clearly. I felt taken care of. Jay (Jonaysha) had excellent customer service and really helped me out with my glasses/frames options without rushing or pressuring me. Smooth process all around. Highly recommend!
6/4/26 I came into the store today to pick up my new Ray Ban prescription eyeglasses. I ordered them online. I got all the bells and whistles. When I came in today they made me sign for my glasses which is cool with me. But no open the box and make sure they're yours.... No hey let's sit down and make sure everything fits right. Just good bye! these glasses cost over $700 dollars. did I pay that no! my insurance did. regardless LensCrafters made the $700 dollars. I'm just now trying them on and of course one of the lenses is loose as can be and why is that because someone didn't sit me down and take 5 minutes to make sure everything was ok. LensCrafters has lost it's customer service. I'll be back for a refund.
