The examination was very thorough! My doctor communicated well with me and discussed specific issues with me to my satisfaction, including suggested treatment. Similarly, the optician addressed the advantages and disadvantages of various features that can be applied to lenses. She also gave me direction on which frames would suit my needs. Everyone at the location was friendly and helpful!

I had the most great experience at Laura today. They actually stopped me from going to another eyeglass place. I would not name but I like to definitely think KELLIE for everything. She definitely helped me out visit but everyone else at crackers is extremely nice and helpful thank you everybody for your kindness your help and your great customer service you guys are definitely likely to recommend in my book

My experience at this LensCrafters was amazing! I worked with Kellie and Chastitie, who helped me pick the best frames for function and style. They also repaired my current pair of frames for my back up pair of glasses, and worked to save me month along the way

I would give five stars, however Lenscrafters no longer offers same day glasses. They have closed all of their store labs and you now have to wait for them to be made and shipped to the store location, which is an inconvenience, especially if you want to keep your current frames. The staff at the Fairlawn/Summit mall location are amazing, they really helped me select the best frame and were fun to work with.

Kellie was a fantastic help in getting me my new glasses! I ended up getting one pair in transitions and with regular lenses. The entire team was incredibly helpful and kind. I definitely recommend this location!!!
