I am going back to Clarkson Eyecare! I only went here because my insurance recommended them. Bad recommendation. Well, at least this particular store in Reynoldsburg. 80% of the people are rude. I wanted contacts for the first time. Not only did it take them months to get my "starter" pair in but the "class" was not a class! This very rude young lady sat down at a desk with me and had me watch a video to teach me how to insert the contacts. After that, the doctor checked me and determined that the left eye needed a different contact prescription. That was 6 months ago! I havent heard from these people! Going back to Clarkson. They are reliable and super friendly.

Outstanding customer service, walked in with my broken glasses from California and they went above and beyond to help me and repair my glasses in a short notice. They’re all very charismatic and professional love them would come here again, even if I have to come back from California. my rating 10 out of 10

Got new glasses as well as an eye exam, and I'm highly pleased. I was thinking of changing my frame shape dramatically and one of the employees let me know he VERY strongly disagreed, and led me to frames that matched my old shape while still being new and fresh to me. I wish I had taken his name down to compliment him! He was correct, and I'm glad he spoke his mind! I'm so pleased with my new frames. If you go in and one of the employees is very outspoken about their opinions on your frames - it may be worth listening!! The optometrists were fantastic as well. Great service, great frames. Me and my fiancé are very satisfied.

The service from the eye exam to the ordering of my glasses was flawless. I saw new testing for my eye exam that I never scene before. Definitely found my new place for glasses. Sydney help me make great decisions that kept me in my budget
