Intention was to buy a new pair of Rx glasses from LensCrafters. The wide variety of men’s frames made it a little difficult to narrow down what style would look best. Natalie was so helpful and professional that I walked out after ordering (3) new pair of Rx glasses (Armani, Ralph Lauren, and Burberry), and (1) new pair of Ray-Ban Rx sunglasses. When the complete order arrived in ~one week, Natalie took the time to organize all glasses on a presentation board and individually adjusted and fine-tuned the fit for each pair. Her feedback and attention to detail was authentic and legit…I’ll be back.

Excellent experience! Upon Entering the building they were very warm and welcoming! Everyone was very respectful, helpful, extremely knowledgeable and polite! Abby helped us decide on the perfect pair of glasses for my son, she was very knowledgeable getting the right sunglasses and glasses, additionally she fixed my son's broken glasses. We had a wonderful experience at Liberty Center LensCrafters!
