LensCrafters

LensCrafters is a decent optical shop with a wide variety of glasses. The interior design is clean and modern, and it's very organized, but it can be hard to find the glasses you want. Also, the pricing is often more expensive than online retailers and other stores, so it's more of a store where you can see your desired glasses in-person and try them on rather than purchase them directly here. Overall an adequate store with high prices.

I had a great and quick experience. I had already done my research and came in kind of last minute, but even then I was greeted with enthusiasm and an inviting smile. Sarah treated me with a lot of respect and made the entire process comfortable and easy. I explained that I wanted the Meta Scriber Smart Glasses, and she immediately got me a sample to try on. I was also interested in the Skylers, but I’m glad I tried them because they didn’t look right on me. Sarah helped me pick the right lenses and guided me through the entire process with patience and professionalism. Everything was smooth, quick, and efficient. Her knowledge of the products was excellent and made the whole experience seamless. I truly appreciated her help and customer service.

Easy to find online to make a same day appointment or schedule for another date. Due to recent changes in my eyesight, I was anxious to get a comprehensive exam to understand where I was at with my eyesight. The need for cataract surgery became quite evident in the overall exam and I was directed to make the necessary appointments locally.

I had the most wonderful experience at LensCrafters. The doctor was fantastic and kind and every employee worked to make my experience great. Sarah helped me find my ideal frames, cut my lenses for me on the spot, and then re-cut when she noticed a large defect in the frame. I felt very seen!

If you need new glasses, go see Haifa at Lens Crafters at the King of Prussia (KoP) mall. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Haifa was professional, efficient, and didn't pressure me into any upgrades I didn't need. They turned what is usually a chore into a great afternoon. Excellent customer service is hard to find, but Haifa nails it!
