Dr Kozak is truly amazing - so knowledgeable and incredibly kind. She took the time to answer all our questions during our appointments, and I felt so at ease with her expertise and compassion. I had booked appointments for my entire family, and we were all very impressed with the level of care we received, from her and from the rest of the staff, it is a great place to go. We will be returning in the following years for sure!

The office is lovely and well located in the King of Prussia mall. There is an amazing selection of frames. The Manager is wonderful! I selected the AI eyeglasses. The Manager helped me navigate all of the options and explained all of the measurements required for the AI glasses. The manager also helped me navigate my vision insurance which is not easy so that all of my coverages were applied. I placed the order and in one week my new AI glasses were ready. I highly recommend this location!

Angel was very professional, offering much help to determine the best cost effective options for me to order lenses and a frame for my .updated lenses. He also replaced the frame's screw, fixing my current sunglasses so I have a backup pair. I look forward to seeing how the resulting pairs work when I pick them up in a few weeks. Thank you.

Over the past few years I have been to several Lens Crafters at various locations but this by far stands out for its great customer service and amazing Doctor! Dr Kozac keeps it simple and offers great eye exam every year! Priscilla from the sales was so helpful in helping me get my glasses delivered home as I was unable to pick them up. The whole team at this location get a big shout out andI I would recommend this over the other location in KOP mall, which to be honest and from my experience was just trying to sell me any and all of the things I didn’t need in my glasses.

I had a very nice experience at lens crafters today. The tech was very clear about what was going to happen and the doctor followed up with very pertinent questions to arrive at best solution for me right now. Last time I went cheap on lenses and I have regretted it for almost a year. I did choose premium frames and premium lenses thus time and they made it affordable for me by offering a 24 month financing plan. I am very satisfied.
