My experience at LensCrafters in South Hills today was outstanding. My son had broken the nose-rest pieces on his prescription glasses, and I stopped by hoping they could be repaired. Kevin was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. He quickly fixed the glasses and made the entire experience stress-free. Excellent customer service and a fantastic attitude. If you want the best service out there, ask for Kevin! He is amazing. He helped me so much when I needed. I went to the store to fix my mom’s glasses and because he was so great we decided to buy another glasses after he fixed hers, he did not offer, we wanted. Very friendly staff who allowed me plenty of time to find the perfect frames. Had a bunch of them and they successfully helped me find the perfect ones. The hardest thing is having to wait for them to arrive!

I had a wonderful experience choosing my new glasses at LensCrafters. Kevin was particularly helpful—friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and patient while I went back and forth deciding on frames. He also had a great eye for which glasses would look best and work well with how I wear them. A few days later, I returned with my husband to have him choose new frames as well. Kevin is so great to work with—we got two pairs ordered quick as can be! I always say that you may find less expensive options than LensCrafters, but you will not get better customer service anywhere. Thanks, Kevin!
