Everything went super well, everyone was SO helpful and friendly. The associates Ashleigh and Anna helped me so much, they went above and beyond to help me find the frames that would work with my prescription. The whole staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and just the best. Same day appt, seamless exam, comfortable environment, not pushy, gave great and honest feedback. I could not recommend this place enough to anyone needing anything to do with their vision. Thanks, gals! 💖

I had such a great experience at this location! Customer Service is dear to my heart! Tiffany is such a Great Store Manager that assist customers with Excellence, Patience and Prestige! I recommend Lens Crafters highly! It will be my Store of preference for Optical care!!! Ask for Tiffany!!!

The most helpful professional and truly pleasant buying experience I have experienced buying glasses. I have been buying glasses from numerous vendors(35+ years) and this one has been the best. The associate (Kalea) was tremendously helpful and knowledgeable. A++ rating.. highly recommend!

This Sumter location has great customer service. I did not like the glasses I initially chose. I went back to change them, so they changed them to a different pair under the 30-day guarantee. No problem. I'm waiting on my replacement pair.
