I had a great experience at LensCrafters. Tiyanna was incredibly helpful throughout the process of getting my new lenses. She was knowledgeable, professional, and made everything easy to understand. The other staff members I interacted with were just as pleasant and welcoming. Everyone had positive energy and provided excellent customer service. It's refreshing to walk into a place where the team genuinely seems to enjoy helping customers. Thank you all for making the experience smooth and enjoyable.

Everyone was extremely helpful and polite during my visit today. Dr. Barrett did a fantastic job with my exam, his assistant (whose name I did not catch) was helpful and polite, and the saleswoman, Natalie, was AWESOME! Natalie did a superb job helping my work out an issue with my EyeMed insurance, as well as assisting me with finding frames that worked with my new prescription. I certainly was not an easy customer today, and Natalie did an astounding job working with me. My only complaint is that the chairs in the waiting area for the eye exam were quite uncomfortable. There is a certainly a space constraint (the waiting area is not very large), but I think some padded chairs - instead of un-padded, metal folding chairs - would go a long way to making the waiting experience better.

I was very impressed with all the sales associates. It was busy when I went in. I greatly appreciate the help I received from TiYanna. TiYanna came over to assist me. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She didn’t mind walking around with me helping me pick out different frames. Once I found a pair that I liked the style of but not the color, she looked to see if that frame came in different colors. I am satisfied with the frames I selected and glad to have her assist me.

My experience was fabulous. I was greeted. But then allowed to roam and look until my heart eas content. Then I requested assistance and right away Natalie jumped up to help. She was patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. The prices were comparable to online prices.

Making my appointment at the front desk was a breeze. Very nice and professional. The presceening was terrific. Done by a fairly new associate and her "instructor", having both explaining what tests were what. Dr. Barrett is a godsend when it comes to your eyes! Very knowledgeable!!! Carrie was the one helping me pick out my glasses. She is so cool. She really picked up on what I wanted. I'm glad I went back to Lenscrafters- 6 years later. 😊
