Dr. Hoover was 10/10! Probably the best ophthalmologist I’ve ever seen. Routine exam and I’ve had some itching in one eye from allergies. He mentioned that he was going to write me a prescription for an antibiotic ointment for my eye. At checkout I asked if they were going to print the prescription for the ointment or send it to the pharmacy. They said it would be $50 just for them to write the prescription! WHAT?! I could understand if he was having to perform additional test because of the issue but no, front desk said it’s the owners policy and they have to charge $50 out of pocket just to print the prescription or send it to the pharmacy. That’s insane to me!

Follow up to last review. Again Dr. Hoover is great, but we are STILL waiting for our daughter's glasses and it ha been 2 months 🤦‍♀️. I called 2 weeks ago and was told that the frames were there but they were still waiting o the lenses. We were told at ordering ot would take up to 4 weeks. It has now been 8.

Brittney, Jennifer and Dr. Hoover were wonderful. I walked in without an appointment and they worked hard to get my exam done. They did it all with great humor and professionalism.

HORRIBLE customer service. Spent two days trying to get someone on the phone. Finally got someone to say they were gonna do their job on the second day in the morning, Only to call that evening when I did not receive the call back to be told that it was not done. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there was no one that I could speak to, and then was hung up on because I was Calling out the horrible customer service for what it was. I did not raise my voice and I did not curse or speak rudely to anyone. I simply tried to get the customer service that the business advertises it provides, and no one wanted to do their job apparently.

All of the staff I encountered was very pleasant, but I was seen almost 2 hours after my apt time. I scheduled weeks in advance so was no last minute urgency. Would get 5 stars if I was seen anywhere near my apt time
