The office is very nice and clean. All staff are so nice and welcoming to you. I was impressed with the Dr herself as she's very sweet and easygoing. The selection of frames are outstanding! Highly recommended .

My family established care here about a year and a half ago or so. Experience was great. They were kind, speedy, efficient, and I really liked them as a vision provider. This year I made appointments again for an annual checkup, and, well, I got very turned off by the reminders letting me know about their new no show fee, oh, and "PEC has established retinal imaging as a standard of care for ALL patients. The imaging will be a $39-45 charge in addition to the regular copay for ALL insured patients." Which.... Look, I get it, they're a business. This brings in more money, it's faster than dilation, and is "good enough" for most healthy people. But there's a few problems with it: 1) it only sees 200 degrees of the eye whereas dilation can see 240 degrees. That can matter for certain conditions. 2) It's more expensive than standard dilation. 3) Vision insurance seems to have a copay for a standard dilation and a copay for retinal imaging "if medically necessary for some patients." Why would you bill my insurance for the standard "wellness" dilation and then for the retinal imaging as well if the retinal imaging is being used instead of the dilation? And now, a standard $20 appointment quickly becomes $50-$65 on top of the price of frames and lenses which are not exactly cheap, even if you go online to more affordable options. And then at that point, why not just go to somewhere like Stanton optical that offers a flat rate appointment fee and then take your Rx to Zenni? I have vision insurance to offset the cost of this stuff, not to pay a monthly cost and still have to come out of pocket $100+ when all is said and done. Us patients have bills to pay, too.

I love the state of the art equipment at physicians eye care center. I no longer have to have my eyes dilated because they have a camera that takes a picture of my eye. They always have my contact lenses in stock. The staff is so happy and friendly and Dr. Moore listens, answers questions and she actually fits you for your RX, not a tech technician.

I arrived a few minutes early but was greeted and taken back quickly. The staff was friendly and helpful as always and I was impressed by my new care DO she was friendly and very knowledgeable. They all were patient and willing to take the time to answer my questions.

This was my first eye exam. They explained everything that was going to happen and let me know in words everyday folks can understand. Awesome experience from check in all the way to "you can pick up your glasses in a week or 2" . I will be making my husband an appointment there.
