The glasses section and staff are so helpful. The doctor seemed great when I had my exam. My contacts didnt work out so wanted to try some multi focal. Called several times and left messages. No response. Made a point to stop by because I knew my prescription would be expiring soon. When I went in, she told me my prescription was going to expire in one month so I would have to do it again. I said If I had to do another exam (Even though mine’s not expired) I would just start somewhere else. She gleefully said OK! Edit: I contacted the link below. All you’re doing is putting exactly what you put in this review. And then they forward it to the store. Who did not contact me to resolve and has no interest in resolving. I would also like to say that the LensCrafters Beavercreek Dr Sheri is amazing that whole office is amazing. This has nothing to do with them. They are always amazing and make sure that their patients are taken care of.

The eye exam was a nice experience, and the technology used. LensCrafters’ employees were great as well; knowledgeable, courteous, and explained everything to me with it being my first time having an eye exam there. Also, love that the glasses I chose are ready for pickup in less than / within a week! Thank you to everyone at the Charleston, SC LensCrafters in St. Andrew Center (West Ashley).

I needed help w my sunglasses, they needed adjusting. I was visiting from NY and decided i would pop in to ask if they could help me. Coston was so helpful and took care of it for me and would not charge me. When i need glasses, i will search out a lenscrafters in NY. Thank you for being so kind!!

I have done my human best to see the good in every business establishment but this one does not deserve even a first look. Specifically Location at 975 Savannah Highway. First of all you can call call call and will NEVER get a live person because they pride themselves in their voicemail machine. Second, i have paid for an eye exam and extra for it to be submitted to the SC DMV to NO AVAIL (got my $10 to do so). Why, because Lenscrafters refuse to acknowledge that my name is Jr exactly like my dad who is SR. our names have a 1st, MIDDLE, and last name including the SUFFIX. My entire family is on standby to get another provider if this created mess is not cleaned up immediately. #dobetter #meetexpectationsifyouccantexceedit

The Charleston, SC location was great. I use LensCrafters all the time and have used them in multiple states . I’d have to say this location was my best experience. The store was well laid out, employees were helpful and knowledgeable. This will be my new location !!
