She made the whole process of picking out new glasses so easy and actually fun. She has an eye for style and picked out some absolutely dope frames that I never would have chosen on my own and I love them! She also found a pair of Ray-Bans that looked amazing on me, and I’ll definitely be coming back to get those too. Tyler was so kind and helpful with helping my son pick out his style of frames. And I really appreciate that he gave us all the information needed when deciding on the frame and lenses material. Mr. Lawrence at the Sandhill location was so friendly and inviting that I bought a pair of glasses that I didn’t even need!!!! lol! I love that he spoke to everyone that walked into the store! Great job, and i will definitely come back when I actually need a pair of glasses!

Amazing experience from start to finish. Was able to easily setup an appointment online in which there were evening hours to accommodate my work schedule. The facility seemed to be busy but the team really worked together to get us all seen within a reasonable time. Lawrence was absolutely awesome in assisting me picking out glasses as well as discussing pricing, insurance coverage and making sure that I was knowledgeable on what I was getting. He also made sure I knew when to expect my contacts and glasses to be ready. Really superior customer service. I highly recommend this location.
