Ivy was very helpful and friendly . My son needed eyeglasses adjustment. The glasses were not purchased at Lenscrafters. Iviy adjusted his glasses at no cost! Very appreciative!! Will definitely look at purchasing eyeglasses here in the future!
A few months before my one-year insurance expired, I visited this location to ask when my insurance benefits would expire. I was incorrectly told that I had until August. When I later returned to file an insurance claim to replace my damaged glasses, I was informed that my insurance had actually expired in June, so my claim was denied. Because I was given incorrect information by the staff, I lost the opportunity to use my insurance benefits and had to bear the financial cost of replacing my glasses myself. Had I been given the correct expiration date, I would have used my benefits before they expired. I had been a loyal customer of this location for years, but due to this negligent mistake and the financial loss it caused me, I will no longer be returning.
Every single experience at this store has been great. Store was very busy, but I was still greeted and was assisted within a reasonable time. They helped me find glasses in my price range
