I would like to applaud Sam at the Stonebriar Mall Lenscrafters location. I visited on September 2nd with my the nose "bumpers" (don't know the technical name for them) being awry and one even mysteriously broken. Sam took my glasses and very quickly and professionally replaced the nose bumpers. They are now very comfy and my glasses fit great! Thanks, Sam!
