I'm very happy I chose to get my glasses at this location. The overall experience was very seamless. Keylonia took plenty of time to advice and assist me regarding choosing the right pair of glasses and payment with insurance. I also appreciated the deals they had. Saved quite a bit!

Riley was amazing. She was so patient with me and provided honest opinions and relevant information. She didn't try to up-sale me something I didn't need or didn't want. She's a must ask for associate!! The store is always clean and all the staff are friendly and helpful. I also appreciate how many options they have. The time that was taken to assist me and make sure I was happy with my selection is beyond appreciated. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend anyone who needs glasses, do the same!
I recently ordered prescription Coach sunglasses from this location. The first pair arrived defective, and the replacement pair came back scratched on both the inside and front. These were clearly not in new condition. I went back to store immediately to show scratched glasses. What made the situation worse was the assistant manager’s dismissive attitude. Instead of apologizing, she insisted the glasses were “new,” stated she wasnt going to keep ordering future replacements. This was unfair as the defects were not my fault. She also looked at the glasses and was like "there are no scratches" as if i was making it up. I’ve been a loyal LensCrafters customer for years and have never complained without reason. I even purchased another pair of eyeglasses around the same time that were fine. Due to the poor service, I ended up returning the sunglasses entirely. This experience does not reflect the 30-day satisfaction guarantee LensCrafters advertises.
I just finished up my new eyeglass order with LensCrafters in Fairview. Keylonia was very helpful in assisting me in picking out new frames. She was patient and kind and very thorough. I appreciated everyone’s input inside the store.
I walked in with a prescription in hand and was greeted by literally every employee in the store! Arij helped me out and was extremely knowledgeable and gave me all kinds of options for pricing. I ordered my glasses that I had tried to order on line thru Ray-Ban and feel like I got a great deal! I was in and out, because I knew exactly what I wanted, in less than 15 minutes! SO GREAT AND PROFESSIONAL!!
