Lorenzo was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all of our options so we could choose the best lens and frame combination. He never made us feel rushed and made sure we were completely satisfied with our decision. We had visited two other locations before coming here, but neither their customer service nor their selection of lenses and frames came close to this experience. My husband and I both visited the Alamo Ranch Lens Crafters and both visits we were very pleased with the service. Michael made ordering the right glasses a wonderful experience. He is very patient and goes over all of the options to ensure you get the best glasses that fit your needs . Highly recommend this business. We will not be going anywhere else!

Absolutely fantastic! I was immediately greeted by Aiden, and he showed me where to find the frames that I was interested in seeing. Once I found them, he was so nice, patient, and knowledgeable about providing explanations and helping me get the lenses I wanted. I was undecided on some things, but he was truly wonderful in providing options which helped me choose the perfect glasses. He made the process so easy! At 45 years old, I hadn’t worn glasses since high school, so I came in with quite a few questions about lenses, current trends, and overall style. Tony took the time to walk me through everything, built great rapport, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. I left my purchase feeling confident, with every question thoroughly answered. What stood out even more was realizing that Tony had previously helped my wife when we were shopping for glasses for our son. His consistency speaks volumes. He took the time to find savings, educated rather than pressured, and genuinely seemed to have our best interests in mind. Tony also spoke very highly of the company, how they treat both customers and employees, and mentioned he’s been with LensCrafters for 10 years. Based on my experience, it’s easy to see why. Kayla and Alex were AMAZING! I took my daughter to a smaller clinic for her first pair of glasses and, having no experience with the process, I left feeling overwhelmed after receiving a very high quote.
