I have purchased from this location several times, and the staff is always so warm and helpful. Latoya and Jasmine went above and beyond to help me choose my frames, and were so patient with me. I received my glasses and sunglasses in a very timely manner. The gentleman there adjusted my glasses even when the store was closing. When my glasses unfortunately hurt my nose, Latoya exchanged them and made the process so easy. Everyone in the store is so nice and friendly. I recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you all so much!

Exceptional Experience! I had an exceptional experience at LensCrafters in the Richland Mall. From the moment I walked in, every employee went out of their way to be courteous and helpful! While waiting on my glasses to be repaired, the employees were so nice! They repaired my glasses quickly and were more than reasonable on the price! I definitely recommend this location!!

Latoya was fantastic. Got me into my Dolche&Gabanna glasses. Got me the nest rates she could. I almost didnt go here because the guy there was rude but I stopped by in an off chnace just to check out a pair of frames I liked and she helped me leaving a much better impression. THANK YOU
