Walmart Vision Center

I highly recommend this place. I was a first-time visitor last weekend and Ashlyn.C provided excellent service. Her expertise and friendly attitude were impressive, especially since she was patient with my limited English. My glasses are now in perfect condition. I will definitely visit again!

I came to the vision Center so that I could buy nose pieces for my father’s glasses and put them on. When I walked in, I met a young lady named Ashley. She was so friendly. She was very helpful and took me to where I could find and purchase the nose pieces. Her Customer Service went above and beyond when she asked, “Would you like me to put the nose pieces on for you?”. This would be my first time to do them, and I gladly said yes. Ashley took my father’s glasses and not only put the nose pieces in, but tighten the screws around the frame so that they would not continue to loosen in his glasses come apart. She also cleaned his glasses. I let Ashley know how much I appreciated her kind smile and her willingness to go even further for me to be able to get my dad‘s glasses fixed. My father has active multiple myeloma and is in the Temple hospital and we’ve been traveling back-and-forth to see him. Ashley made this one task that I needed to do easy and convenient. Her Customer Service brought joy to me and my father. I will definitely be back to give Ashley my business for my personal glasses that I will need for 2026. Ashley keep doing an awesome job and giving your customers extra special attention! You’re awesome!! Thank you for this blessed experience, I’ll never forget it! Blessings and love! 💞

Juanita G. does such a great job finding us great prices! She has great conversation and an amazing personality! Definitely would recommend shopping with her! She made the finding a new pair of glasses experience easy to do! We appreciate her!

I Can't thank you enough Ms.JoAnna Adam's, she is the best, she is the Vision Center Manager, and she was able to get a broken screw on glasses where it folds, the top popped off but the screw was still inside n she was able to get it out for me and fix the glasses up. Like Holy relic came back to life for me Lol. Thank you Agian.

Vania and Juanita are the best!!!! I brought in three pairs of sunglasses, two of which were designer, and I thought for sure they were goners! Nope! They fixed me right up in less than 10 min. Thank yall so much!!
