Both employees were so professional and knowledgeable. Super friendly guys (supervisor was Edward and he provided an amazing experience/service) we walked in 5 minutes before store was supposed to close and Edward seen to it that we didn't feel rushed, he gave us amazing service and took care of us and made us feel like valuable customers. Great selection of men's glasses. I would highly recommend Waco VisionWorks to anyone needing high quality glasses at an affordable price! Keep up the Great Work, Waco VisionWorks Team!

From start to finish, the process was simple. All the staff was kind and courteous and professional. There was a little bit of a hiccup with the insurance at the beginning, but it was resolved immediately. Excellent customer service. Staff was courteous and understanding of my situation. I just had brain surgery a couple of days after receiving my glasses. And I was in recovery for over a month at home and missed the deadline for adding warranty. Thankfully they allowed me to get the warranty and move forward. Best customer service ever.

I recommend asking for Pete Assistance manager for picking out glasses and getting what you want in your lenses. He is friendly easy to talk to. My glasses I have now needed new nose pieces and she cleaned the area throughly before putting new nose pieces on. She was pleasant and all with a smile on her face. Cudos.

There were insurance issues caused by a previous issue with Walmart; Vision Works dealt with me and the issue on several occasions; always knowledgeable, helpful and professional. With their help I was able to find glasses that I think will serve me well!

Vision Works has an enormous amount of frames to choose from. When I specified what I was looking for they selected five different frames that met my specifications. They made my decision easier. This is the third year I used this Vision Works store. Staff is knowledgeable and courteous. Will be using again as needed.
