Easy scheduling. Very friendly staff. Felt welcomed. Easy check in. Quick in getting us back for our appointment on time. Insurance was used with no issues. Frames people were just as kind and helpful as the front desk. Dr was efficient and kind. Would definitely recommend.

I will never go to another eye doctor That also sells glasses. I took my eight-year-old son to get his eyes checked. And I was told he needed glasses because his eyes strained to focus. I took him right after to get a second opinion at another vision center. That does not sell glasses. And my son’s eyes are perfectly fine. He does not need glasses at all. I do not recommend going to a place that sells glasses as well because of course they want you to buy some. Even if you don’t need them.
I don't usually give reviews, but felt i had to share this. First off I think the front desk people were great and kind that's why I gave a 2 stars instead of 1. The reason I am giving it a 1 is because the professionalism of the doctor was awful. He was nice and kind yes, but when I asked questions he would do this nervous giggle and not answer. He performed a dry eye treatment on me then asked if i noticed some mucous coming out of my eyes.. I just thought what? Wouldn't you tell a person first before whatever was done that you could have an infection? I asked do i have an infection he just giggled and said im going to prescribe you an antibiotic and steroid for the swelling.. I thought the itching and soreness was due to dry eye. He did look at my eyes beforehand and say my eyelids were clogged with oil.. So it was both an infection and dry eye, but i had pink eye before and wasn't having any crusting just itchy eyelids..Well, he should have skipped the dry eye treatment and treated my eyes first or at least told me I had an infection. I didn't find out till i went to the pharmacist and asked her questions about why I would be prescribed this after a normal dry eye treatment and she said it was usually prescribed for pink eye.. The next day sure enough my eyes were starting to crust and do what pink eye typically does.. I'm more concerned that if I hadn't known exactly what it was then I could have been infecting my eyes over and over cause pink eye the bacterial kind is extremely contagious! If he can't tell patients point blank they have an infection that can cause serious issues for people. I hope Dr. Loven does read this because I hope it makes him realize that isn't professional, and hopefully change so others aren't hurt in the future because people need to know what's going on so they can heal properly, and know exactly what to do, and what not to do so they can heal faster..
Love, love, love working with Tina! I showed up for my appointment way too early a week ago and got called away for an unexpected client. She was kind enough to waive the fee since I had shown up in person and when I rescheduled and went back, I learned that we had dealt with some of the same ophthalmic companies in the past. Tina is just lovely and personable as is the optometrist who was sitting next to her. They are kind, professional, personable, and experienced staff. I sincerely appreciated working with them!! The ophthalmologist is wonderful and thorough as well. They gave me options on my eye care and no one pushed anything on me for what to purchase, which I greatly appreciated! They really cared about whether or not I had a good experience with not just their service, but the products they offered.
I really liked the attentiveness I received being a senior and first time eye exam patient. All my questions and concerns were addressed with friendly professionalism. Thanks for making my visit comfortable and welcoming for my first pair of eye glasses at age 55yrs.❣️
