I went in to get 2 glasses straightened out because my daughter sat on one. Mari helped me out and another employee (older, Hispanic male). Both were very friendly. The each fixed one pair. I was in and out in about 5 mins and my glasses feel better than before and are cleaner than before.

⭐ 1 Star – Online Customer Service / Refund Issue I want to make it clear that this review is NOT directed toward this specific LensCrafters location or its employees. My issue is specifically with LensCrafters' online customer service and refund process. I originally purchased a pair of AI glasses online in May. The first pair was the wrong fit, so I returned them and received a replacement. After receiving the replacement, I decided they weren't right for me and returned them within the required return period in June. It is now the end of August, and I still have not received my refund. I have contacted LensCrafters online customer service several times trying to get this resolved. I've spoken with multiple representatives, and on two separate occasions I was told that my refund had been initiated. I still have not received anything. The explanation I continue to receive is that there is a "glitch in the system" and they don't understand why my refund isn't processing. After more than two months of waiting and several calls to customer service, that explanation is no longer acceptable. I followed the return instructions, returned the glasses on time, and LensCrafters has had the merchandise back for months. I should not have to repeatedly contact customer service just to receive money that is owed back to me. Again, this is not a reflection of this particular store or its employees. I'm posting this review because I have exhausted my options with online customer service and I'm hoping someone within LensCrafters sees this and can finally help get my refund processed.
