I had a pleasant experience, selecting, and getting fitted for my new Meta Ray-Ban glasses. Bianca, the representative who waited on me today was well-versed in everything related to the situation I was in with my astigmatism insurance and everything else associated with picking out the glasses. She took her time and everything was great. I loved it. I would definitely recommend the LensCrafters at Peninsula town center if you are in need of a new pair of glasses or contact lenses.

The team at the Hampton location never dissappoints!!!! I've been here twice. Yeah, they are a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.... amazing customer service and great quality (did I mention really cute selections?) eyewear!!! Keep up the good work, ladies!! See you next year!!

I had to come in due to my nose pads being loose, and upon trying to correct it myself one of the screws broke. although, they were busy, all workers were attentive to me, and I was seen asap. the lady who helped me was so sweet and kind. overall, it was a quick stop to fix my glasses, and I am very satisfied with the consistent service I receive from them.

I wanted to give a big shout out to Cat! I brought my mom in today to pick out some regular glasses and some sunglasses. She had not done that for years and was very anxious about doing so. Cat made our visit so much fun and she was so kind to my mother I just can't thank her enough. She was very patient with the entire process and made terrific suggestions for frames that she thought would suit my mother. She was spot on with her choices! It was just the most pleasant experience we could have ever asked for. The customer service she offered was wonderful. Thank you Cat and we look forward to suggesting friends go to this location as well! Thank you for your kindness to my mother and making her visit an enjoyable one!

The branch manager was very helpful throughout the process of purchasing my new frames. She was kind and make the process very easy! I recommend this location if you live in the 757.
