Just finished my eye exam and was greeted by Tina from LensCrafters next door. She helped me pick out a classy pair of frames to go with my prescription. She was pleasant and smiling and brightened my day. Tina and Jade also helped me set up the LC+ plan which was a great deal. 10/10 recommend this place. If you need frames, ask for Tina and Jade

I stopped by LensCrafters because my Ray-Ban sunglasses lost a nose pad, and I was immediately greeted by John. I explained the issue, and without hesitation he offered to help. He replaced the pad using an original Ray-Ban part and didn’t charge me, despite the fact that I didn’t purchase the sunglasses from their store. His kindness and professionalism truly stood out.
