I seen this Ray Ban sunglasses two years ago. Today I decided to purchase it at LensCrafters. This sunglasses fits perfectly, staff greater me and asked me to help myself, without being hassled. I picked one and tried it on and they adjusted clean it. Great customer service!

The manner in which the eye doctor was addressing me during my appointment was incredibly condescending. When I was attempting to give information about my past eye care visits he repeatedly interrupted me. He continued to try and “shame” me for not having yearly eye care visits to a medical professional with zero care about what my life has been like the last two years. The eye exam staff responsible for entering my personal information entered my name in the system incorrectly. It took them nearly FOUR attempts to rectify the mistake. Historically, when people of color have a negative interaction with a medical professional they are less likely to seek medical attention which has a cascading negative effect on their health. Dr. Ken Hwahn seemingly had little to no tact when trying to “help” me. His lack of respect and dignity for me were felt. He assumed the price for the contact brand I want would be “too expensive” since “you’re older now and your progressive lenses are going to be MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE”. He perhaps needs same level of ESJ education as he has for his years of medical training. Some doctors are GREAT but Dr. Hwahn has a long way to go before I can ever trust him with my care again. The rest of the front of house staff were helpful and take great care to treat customers with respect and dignity. I greatly appreciated the help.
The service was… inconsistent; one associate gave me a perfectly reasonable ETA, and when I followed up, I was met with a response so pointedly passive-aggressive it felt almost instructional. As if asking a simple question had somehow overstepped. Not quite the tone one expects. The doctor, however, was exceptional; calm, attentive, and refreshingly competent. Easily the highlight; five stars, without question. The “designer” selection leans dated; heavy on logos, light on taste. Finding something modern without it announcing itself from across the room proved… unlikely. For a store positioning itself as high-end, the atmosphere feels more insistent than refined; a bit too eager, a bit too aware of your wallet. And yes, I left nearly $1K lighter on lenses alone; less out of conviction, more out of fatigue. Overall, it’s polished in theory, but the experience says otherwise. I wouldn’t recommend; unless that aesthetic is exactly your idea of style and designer lvl service.
This was my first time visiting LensCrafters, and I had an excellent experience. Adrian and Richard provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very attentive to our needs. Both of them took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. Their kindness and responsiveness truly stood out and made the visit a very positive experience. I highly recommend this location and appreciate the outstanding service they provided.
I recently went to LensCrafters at South Center, Mall. I needed to get new prescriptions and glasses. This is my second time working with sales person, Richard. It was by far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. He was friendly knowledgeable and just an overall nice guy. I highly recommend Richard at LensCrafters south center. As long as Richard is there, I’m a customer for life. Ernie
