Excellent place—my experience was amazing! My eye exam was quick, and I found out that I actually needed glasses, which explained why I had been getting headaches after spending so much time on the computer. Taylor helped me choose my glasses and was incredibly patient, especially since I had never worn glasses before. I also didn’t have vision insurance and was worried about the cost, but they offered me the LensCrafters+ monthly payment option, which made everything much more affordable. I ended up getting two pairs of glasses instead of just one, and I absolutely love them. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back next year!

We had a great experience at LensCrafters⁠ at South Hill Mall thanks to Mary. We originally came in with shipped glasses that were uneven and didn’t fit properly, and she took her time adjusting them over and over until they fit perfectly. She was friendly, patient, and very helpful the entire time, making the whole experience easy and stress-free. She even encouraged us to come back anytime for future purchases, which made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. Highly recommend her for excellent customer service.

Staff here is super helpful and kind. I recently broke my glasses on a Saturday night and was able to stop by at nearly the last minute and they repaired and fixed them! Would recommend on customer service efforts alone!
