I enjoyed my visit to Saxton/LensCrafters. The visit was very informal, and my eye exam results were discussed. The doctor on site was very caring with my concerns. I enjoyed shopping for new eyewear and the staff were very pleasant and helpful with my selections. The whole appointment seemed quick and easy.

Thanks to Mariagracia’s outstanding customer service, I was able to find the perfect pair of glasses for my needs. She took the time to help me find frames that not only looked great but were also comfortable and suited my face shape perfectly. Her patience, professionalism, and attention to detail made the whole experience enjoyable. 10/10, highly recommend!

Gaby and Dr. Ekman were outstanding throughout the entire appointment. My husband and my husband had appointments on the same day. Very engaging and attentive. Listen to our concerns and we walked out very confident that we will have a great pair of glasses.

I’ve been coming to this LensCrafters for almost two years now, they have amazing staff and super quick appointments! I was able to get my updated prescriptions for my glasses/contacts and pick new glasses in under an hour. With my inability to make a decision on frames, they even helped me pick out a pair that are suited best for my work life and personal style!
