(Norwood, Ohio store) Nice and knowledgeable staff. I was given options and not pressured in to buying anything. Dr took time to discuss my eye health and his recommendations. I was given my prescription to go wherever I wished however I stayed right there. Exceptional amount of options and time to try on the frames. Brandy was exceptional in helping me narrow down my choices to pick the perfect pair. Prices were great and again she explained the options best for me without trying to push a sale. I have 30 days to exchange/fix anything I dont like with the glasses. I will definitely go back in the future.

I walked in and got a pleasant welcome. The attendant who helped me was informative and answered all my questions throughly. I feel confident with my transaction and can't wait to pick my glasses up.

Great service today, lots of friendly faces. A nice young woman with brown highlights helped be today picking my glasses out, which is usually a drag because picking the right ones seems difficult everytime but she was very helpful; I’m bad at remembering names so sorry about that. The doctor was great as well, thank you!

I made it explicitly clear that I needed the glasses by a certain date and said if they could not deliver I'd go somewhere else. They were very clear they could deliver by that date and not to my surprise the glasses where still not ready. Also the final price is well over what is discussed by the time of check out but dont question the price because they will get offended and be rude to you after. I'll never use LC again. Just use Zenni much cheaper and way less hassle.
