I had an excellent experience at LensCrafters! The doctor was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made the entire visit smooth from start to finish. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well taken care of. They truly exceeded all of my expectations, and I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for exceptional eye care and outstanding customer service. Brandy and Lindsey were amazing! We walked in, no appt, my son’s glasses were completely sideways, and my Meta glasses are usually hard to clean properly. They fixed both issues quickly and effortlessly. Super friendly, professional, and efficient, everything was handled in a jiffy. We really appreciated their help!

This was our first visit and we absolutely loved the service that we received from each person from the doctor to the staff that helped us pick out our eye glasses. I appreciated the education that I received about my eye health and tips on how to adjust to my first pair of progressive glasses. My husband, son, and I were clueless about what kind of frames and lens we wanted but the young lady that helped us picked the perfect frames for us. We're extremely satisfied and glad that we booked our appointment at this location. I'm so glad that I can see so much better with my new glasses! Thank you!!!

The entire staff were welcoming, friendly, and patient. I really enjoyed the atmosphere & level of service I was provided. This was the most thorough and comprehensive eye exam I have ever had & the doctor explained the process, and I learned so much - most eye docs just give you instructions during the eye exam, but Dr. LaCour really has you involved in the process to make sure you’re getting the best prescription and lenses for your eyes. I also love that they’re open on the weekends, which makes it so convenient! My son and I picked out some awesome frames. I will definitely be returning for future eye care needs for my family.
