My experience at LensCrafters at the Scottsdale, Arizona, Quarter is always the most relaxing, fun and fabulous experience because of Frances Palacios. She is a licensed optician and knows her craft inside and out. I would trust no one else to help me with my eyewear, contacts and just discussing my overall eye health. Frances is very professional, and so knowledgeable. She always makes me feel welcomed and cared for. She truly goes above and beyond.

First-time customer and was extremely impressed with their professional service! Jenny assisted me with glasses suggestions, breaking down costs, and ensuring all of my questions were answered. I came in because an arm of my sunglasses broke off and Karina was kind enough to help me. She fixed my sunglasses, cleaned them, and calibrated them much better than I ever could have and all before they were about to close. Very kind staff and a great experience

I've been coming to Lenscrafters in the Quarter for a little over 2 years and would highly recommend this location for their service. Dr. Li is friendly, thorough and takes great care of her patients. Both Frances and Jenny are knowledgeable and extremely helpful in selecting frames and also making sure the fit is right. Frances listened to what I wanted and took the extra time to walk around the store with me to make sure I found the right frame. In addition, the store has a large selection of regular and designer frames - something for all budgets. Make sure you come here for all your optometry needs!
