A specific staff person here - Alfonso is incredibly rude. I purchased a pair of eyeglasses and Alfonso refused to give us a fresh new pair of frames, then refused to email me a receipt (saying that facility doesn’t exist when I was here literally 2 days ago and the female staff was able to email me the receipt just fine). We were chided for taking a long time to come to the cashier since it was close to closing time - even when it was the other staff person who requested us to wait while he attended another customer. On our way out, we asked the cashier his name and he said “it’s on your receipt, do whatever you want I won’t be intimidated…”. There was no reason for him to be this hostile to 2 women, especially someone who is a paying customer. I would not recommend this store to anyone - and definitely request management to train their staff to be more courteous

Amazing service! My glasses were missing a small screw and the guys was incredibly kind and attentive. He fixed them quickly, did a great job. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. Highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely come back!
Hundreds of frames to choose from. The smart glasses are awesome. Fast and friendly customer service.
I visited LensCrafters in Palo Alto to ask if they could fix the nose pads on my sunglasses. Alfonso greeted me with a warm smile and was very welcoming from the moment I walked in. He kindly offered to replace the nose pads for free, which I truly appreciated. His excellent customer service, friendliness, and willingness to help made my experience outstanding. Thank you, Alfonso, for going above and beyond!
I had a very disappointing experience at the LensCrafters store in Palo Alto. The customer service, especially from the employee Angelica Romero, was extremely unhelpful and unfriendly. Instead of assisting me in resolving an issue with eyeglass frames that clearly had a defect, she did everything possible to shift the blame onto me, the customer. I expected professional service and support, but instead I was treated with disregard and made to feel responsible for a problem that was not my fault. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable for a store that represents such a well-known brand. I do not recommend this location to anyone who values respectful treatment and accountability.
