I had a very good experience A employee that helped me a lot was named Ricky. He gave good customer service, especially when I couldn’t find the right glasses to fit me. He helped with that he gave me different options. Told me which ones would be a good Choice, which was really helpful and really appreciated. And overall, he was a very generous person.

Ashley and the doctor saved the exp, or else would've gotten a 1. Just don't go to Daniel as the staff member for your prescription, he is not helpful and rude. I asked him 4 times why he couldn't order the sunglasses in specific format, no reason provided, but when Ashley tried it literally like 1 hour later, it magically worked. I just don't think he tried, he also tried to upsell me on transition when I told him I didn't want it. He just doesn't care abt the customer experience. Literally only gets a 4 Star because of Ashley as the rep and the doctor was very helpful

Sandra and Dr. Jenny Hoe are absolutely amazing. The doctor really listens and she’s very thorough. Sandra is always so professional and kind. Ive went to other LensCrafters in the area and this location is by far the very best. Visit here and see this practice! Ask for Sandra

Very disappointed with this LensCrafters location. It’s significantly worse than the Palo Alto store. When I walked in, one staff member was already helping a customer at checkout, yet instead of finishing that interaction, he leaned over and shouted questions at me across the counter. It felt rushed and unprofessional. The store itself also didn’t feel well maintained — the carpet looked dirty, which didn’t leave a good impression. What frustrated me most was their refusal to help me place an online order. I was told that the item couldn’t be purchased through the website, and instead I was advised to go buy the frames at the Meta Store and then bring them back to LensCrafters to have lenses installed — “many customers do that,” I was told. That suggestion felt unreasonable. If the frame were damaged during the lens replacement process, it’s unclear who would be responsible. It also creates potential tax complications. Additionally, their lenses are very expensive. From my experience, Meta’s lenses are actually quite good, and even their top option was only $399. Overall, this visit was disappointing and not comparable to the level of service I’ve received at the Palo Alto location. Following your staff’s advice, I went to the Meta Lab and completed my purchase there instead. I won’t be returning to this location.
